Our room, equipped with premium bedding and a laptop-compatible safe, provided a comfortable retreat with a stunning ocean view. the jacuzzi bath added a touch of luxury, enhancing our relaxation experience. the attentive housekeeping ensured our room was always immaculate. The culinary experience at Cielo Maya was outstanding. We enjoyed free cooked-to-order breakfasts, delicious meals at the fine-dining restaurant, and relaxing sunsets with cocktails by the sea. the happy hour at the bar was a delightful treat after a day of exploring Tulum's water adventures. the complimentary daily manager's reception allowed us to mingle with other guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
